The Water Park serves a dual purpose, provides rest and entertainment to the family, educates and raises awareness to the visitors of the water value and the appropriate use.
Water is a vital element of the human beings survival, helps to generate energy, allows the practice of sports and recreational activities, is fundamental to the conservation of ecosystems, inspiration for poets, composers, artists and lovers, protagonist of the urban and rural landscape.
The design of the Water Park:
- Preserve the meaning and the history of the site handling water as the hydraulic engineers do
- Coated with santanderean stone from Barichara and placed by “patiamarillos” craftsmen, recalls the indigenous ceremonial trails.
- The shape of the park is almost a half circle with the curved face toward the north vehicular track.
